Built by Kodeas on a cemetery system proven over 8 years of daily use at Lefkoşa Türk Belediyesi, Vertex replaces decades of binders, isolated spreadsheets and walk-in counter requests with a modular platform that management, field crews and citizens all use from the same source of truth. Vertex puts the whole city in one place, for the people who run it, the crews out in the field, and the citizens they serve. It began as a cemetery information system that ran for 8 years at Lefkoşa Türk Belediyesi, serving 60,000 citizens in daily use, then grew to cover field assets, addresses and parcels, and decades of zoning history, every record on the same living map.

A municipality switches it on one module at a time and watches its records come to life. No GIS expertise required, anywhere in the chain. The biggest wins:
