Turning anonymous marketplace orders into customers you own

Turning anonymous marketplace orders into customers you own

Project overview

When you sell on Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop, the marketplace keeps the customer, not you. Millions of orders, and barely a name or email to show for it. Sellersync closes that gap with closed-loop marketing. It pulls every order from every channel into one place and turns one-time, anonymous buyers into customers a brand actually owns and can sell to again.

Kodeas built and runs Sellersync for Faray Holding, the company behind Nekteck, Ultrean, Clevast, Crownful, and Medcursor. One platform gathers orders across all five brands and a dozen marketplaces, then runs the post-purchase journey that converts a shipment into a registered, re-marketable customer. Today it handles 2.5 million orders a year.

Execution

The hard part of a marketplace business is that the sale and the customer live in different places. We built Sellersync to join them. It quietly ingests orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein, and more, every few minutes around the clock, into a single source of truth across all five brands.

From there it runs the loop. A buyer is invited to register their product for a free warranty and a free gift, and in doing so hands over the details the marketplace never shared. That customer then flows straight into email marketing and Facebook retargeting, while the gift fulfils itself in the background. The biggest wins:

  • Every channel, one order book. Orders from a dozen marketplaces land in one place automatically, 2.5 million a year, no spreadsheets and no manual exports.
  • Anonymous buyers become known customers. Warranty and free-gift offers turn marketplace orders into real names, real emails, and a reason to come back.
  • A loop that markets for you. New customers sync into email lists and Facebook audiences on their own, and collect social proof from happy buyers along the way.

Project results

Sellersync has run in production since 2020 and now processes 2.5 million orders a year across five brands and more than a dozen sales channels. It has turned a flood of anonymous marketplace transactions into an owned customer base that Faray Holding can email, retarget, and sell to again, the difference between renting customers and keeping them.

Kodeas did not just build Sellersync and walk away. We designed it, scaled it to millions of orders, and still run the engineering today. That is the Kodeas promise: we build, scale, and stay.
